Having supported a diverse client base through almost 15 years of practicing psychology in Canada and abroad, I have narrowed my focus to various traumas, stress and burnout, depression, anxiety, career/workplace concerns, and relationship challenges. You may enjoy working with me if you appreciate a highly collaborative, slightly more practical and directive approach with a healthy dose of warmth, curiosity and humour.
