Life can feel overwhelming when you’re juggling work, family, and personal expectations while trying to keep yourself afloat. I work with adults and parents who are navigating work-life balance struggles, mid-life transitions, grief and loss, and the stress of ongoing change. My style is steady, calm, and collaborative, offering a reliable space where you can pause, reflect, and untangle what feels too heavy to carry alone. I draw on both developmental understanding and practical strategies to help you gain clarity, build strength, and move forward with greater balance and confidence. View 7 Photos
Are you feeling emotionally disconnected from yourself or others around you? Whether it is a major life transition, a state such as depression, or an internal reality like ADHD or high sensitivity, it can be hard to know where to start. I work with teens, adults, couples, and families to make sense of own's internal experiences and the negative cycles created with loved ones, to find freedom from disconnection.
I support individuals in Calgary and virtually across Alberta with adult ADHD, perimenopause and menopause, burnout, self-esteem, life transitions, and anxiety. Maybe you’re navigating a career change, working through a challenge in your relationship, adjusting to hormonal changes and a shifting relationship with your body, or making sense of an ADHD diagnosis as an adult. Or maybe there isn’t one clear issue; you simply feel ready to know yourself more deeply or experience your life differently. Whatever brings you here, you don’t need to have a perfectly defined goal in order to start. We can sort through it together.
Real people, real conversations. My approach is grounded in both insight and action, which means connecting what we explore in therapy with how you want to live outside of it. Together, we'll find creative and intentional ways to bridge self-reflection and awareness with practical planning and meaningful next steps. Our focus is on progress, not perfection.
I believe the connection we build is at the heart of therapy. That shapes how I show up with clients—not as some distant expert, but as someone who is genuinely curious to learn about you while creating a space where you can show up as you are. I bring both lived experience and clinical training to my work, with a style that's warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative.
